As we finished out the 2014-15 ACO Cornhole Season X we were approached by local ESPN & Channel 5 WPTV West Palm Beach Sports Anhor Ian Hest to help cover the growing sport of cornhole. Coincidentally it was at the end of the ACO Season when we were preparing for the ACO World Championships help July 7-11th, 2015 in Knoxville, TN. We had a great time with Ian filming this feature on local cornhole.
Rosie Breen played an amazing tournament and placed #3 in the Women’s Division qualifying her as an ACO-PRO for Season XI. She competed against the members of the TOP RATED Doubles team in the country, Stacia Pugh & Christine Papcke, who placed 1st & 2nd in the Womens Singles Championships.
South Florida Cornhole is the host to every monthly ACO Regional for South Florida players. Each season consists of 9 monthly regional along with nationwide Major events. The new ACO Season XI begins September and runs runs through May. Yearly memberships are available for $25/player and allow you to compete in 1 regional per month. At each regional we run 3 divisions Women’s Singles, Open Singles & Doubles all one after the other. The cost of each tournament is $10-$20 per player…per division.
We run each tournament indoors at Renegade’s in West Palm Beach, FL. Signups & practice run 12pm-12:45pm. Women starts at 12:15pm. Open singles play starts at 1pm. Doubles to follow. The first regional will be September 19th, 2015. Memberships available on site for $25.
