Event Pre-Registration Opens Sept 15
Doors open 9am. $10 Door Fee,
  1. Check-in/Signups run from 9am-10am then brackets are put together. We start the brackets by largest bracket first then down the line until all the 10 o’clock divisions are started. All matches are assigned by 10:15-10:20am.
  2. Entry fees will increase by $5 per player per event on the say of. So pre-register online. This means walkup entry will cost $5 more per player for both doubles and singles.

  4. Park only along the street!

Doubles and Singles* + Multiple Skill Levels:

(prices displayed below show a $10 Discount for Gold, Platinum & Diamond members). So add $10 per player for BASIC (FREE) and Club Players.
  • ***Open – $35/player – (Doubles & Singles offered) – Open Doubles and Advanced Doubles Entry will be combined, the total pot will be 70% of the total entries from both divisions. 60% of that goes to Open and 40% goes to Advanced.
    NOTE: Adv and Open can be combined if there is not enough players in OPEN OR ADVANCED)
  • ***Advanced (if offered) – $35/player – (Double & Singles offered) – Open Doubles and Advanced Doubles Entry will be combined, the total pot will be 70% of the total entries from both divisions. 60% of that goes to Open and 40% goes to Advanced NOTE: Adv and Open can be combined if there is not enough players in OPEN OR ADVANCED)
  • Competitive – $25/player – 60% payout (Doubles & Singles offered).
    NOTE: Comp and Int can be combined if there is not enough players in COMP OR INTERMEDIATE)
  • Intermediate – $25/player – 50% payout (Doubles & Singles offered only if singles) Intermediate level will be moved up to competitive points if there are less than 6 comp singles or less than 6 comp doubles teams).
  • Novice Singles will be available for $10 (50% payout) once Intermediate Singles has 2 sets of boards free.
FREE BASIC and CLUB LEVEL PLAYERS: Add $10 per player per event for any (non-paid membership). Highly recommended to upgrade to a paid membership level to save money.
*There must be at least 6 players for singles & 6 teams in doubles in advanced and in the open division, and intermediate and competitive, otherwise 2 divisions will be combined.

Schedule:
DOORS OPEN 9:00 am for Practice & Walkup Registrations (Price increases $5 per event (singles and doubles) on the day of the event. Any walkups will still be required to use the pre-registration system but will be charged the additional Fee.

10:00 AM: Brackets setup. First matches by 10:15

– COMPETITIVE Singles
10:15 AM: Brackets setup. First matches by 10:20
– Advanced and/or OPEN Doubles
After the events above: (approx 2pm)

PAYOUT TABLE – based on player/team amounts:

• 1-7 players in singles, or 1-7 teams in doubles – 2 places, 1st 60%, 2nd 40%
• 8-15 players in singles, or 8-15 teams in doubles – 3 places, 1st 50%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%
• 16-23 players in singles, or 16-23 teams in doubles – 4 places, 1st 40%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%, 4th 10%
• 24-47 players in singles, or 24-47 teams in doubles – 5 places, 1st 35%, 2nd 25%, 3rd 20%, 4th 10%, 5th x 2 – 5%
• 48+ players in singles, or 48+ teams in doubles – 6 places, 1st 28%, 2nd 18%, 3rd 16%, 4th 12%, 5th x 2 8%, 7th x2 5%
Liquor/Beer/Food available for sale.
No outside food or alcohol. Bring chairs if you’d like.
$10 Door Fee (we’ll draw 1 winner for a door prize)
ACL Players can renew their paid annual memberships to gold or higher to save money on entry fees at app.iplayacl.com/player-memberships.
