Virginia Beach Field House – Virginia Beach, Va
The field was set yesterday evening indoors at the impressive Virginia Beach Field House for the ACO Cornhole Women’s, Seniors and Juniors Major. Rosie Streker went into the tournament with high hopes in earning maximum Season XII points with a 3rd Major Women’s Singles win. She was able to come out victorious in a field of 32 women in yesterday’s tournament. This completes her 3rd consecutive ACO Major win. Rosie also won the ACO Georgia last month in Peachtree City, Ga in a field of 40 women, and a victory last October in Lakeland, FL
In yesterday’s tournament Rosie lost her 2 round game in the winners bracket of the double-elimination tournament and didn’t lose another game after that. She played her way to the Championship game to meet up with Susan Finley, from Orlando, FL, who was undefeated in the winners bracket. Rosie won both games against Susan for the victory for the all-Florida finals.
Today we are competing in the Singles & Doubles. Singles play starts at 10am today at the Virginia Beach Field House with Doubles afterwards
